Forget coffee, a cup of tea is all you need in the morning.
My favourite teas being camomile tea which helps me sleep better at night, green tea which helps burn fat and rooibos because not only is it South African but it also has anti-inflammatory properties, which assists in preventing heart related illness. But I always prefer a cup of green tea in the morning.
